Returns & Refunds

1. Cooling-off period (14 days): Items that are uninstalled, brand new, and in their original packaging can be returned.

2. Returns/exchanges for personal reasons: Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer. Shipping costs for the original order are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed after the warehouse receives the returned goods in good condition.
